Delivery and Returns

All orders shipped by us, require a signature on delivery, this is an agreement by yourselves that your order was received by you. Although we state estimated delivery times on our website, at times we may not have a product in stock. If we expect your order to reach you after the estimated delivery period (typically 3-7 working days for standard delivery), we will contact you, at which time you may decide to cancel your order at no cost. If we are unable to ship your order through next day delivery we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity and will only charge you our standard shipping charge.

If you would like to return your order, and the items are in an unused, acceptable condition which includes full undamaged packaging, you must contact us within 48 hours, preferably via telephone. As already outlined, returns of this nature will incur additional charges.

If you return your order, due to product fault or other problems encountered (not as a result of misuse), you must contact us to arrange return. We will then arrange a replacement, repair or an alternative product. If we can see evidence of misuse of a product you will be made liable for any shipping costs and will be invoiced for these costs.

Curious Reps  offers a free delivery service within UK mainland subject to the conditions below: 

a.Orders up to £49.99 are subject to a £5.25 delivery charge. Orders over £50.00 are delivered free.

b.The following UK postcodes AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-50 and ZE will incur an extra delivery charge.

c. The Isle of Man (IM), Northern Island (BT) and Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) are all subject to additional delivery charges.

Please contact us for additional delivery charges.

Curious Reps denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time, any extra delivery charge will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.

Courier companies will attempt to delivery your parcel/s on two occasions (A card should be posted at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). If at this point a delivery cannot be made the parcel/s will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself.
